Are you passionate about what you’re doing?
Having a passion for the thing that we do every day is important if we want to have success and happiness in our personal and professional life.
In Wikipedia it says:
Passion can be expressed as a feeling of unusual excitement, enthusiasm or compelling emotion towards a subject, idea, person, or object. A person is said to have a passion for something when they have a strong positive affinity for it. A love for something and a passion for something are very similar feelings.
One of the most important things that you can do for your life is to identify what you’re passionate about and do that for a living. Life’s too short to do things you don’t enjoy. You will always succeed when you do the things you love.
Wouldn’t you rather get up every day to work on what you are passionate about, instead of waking up hating life?
Find your own niche in an area that you love and you will excel; your individual passions within will provide everything that you need to be successful.
Many bloggers make the mistake of launching a blog just because they see it as a potential source of income. They see others making money, and they want a piece of the pie. Let me tell you those who are passionate about what they are doing will succeed far more than those just doing something to earn the cash.
The rewards are great to those who discover their full potential and this can only come when they’re doing what they’re most passionate about.

Can you make money as a blogger? Absolutely! But you will not achieve your full potential, making the most money possible if you’re not passionate about what you’re doing in the first place. As a blogger, your contribution is to add value.
If you don’t love what you do, others will quickly see that. If you don’t have a passion for blogging or your subject, just writing for the sake of writing probably in order to place a few affiliate links, your visitors will pick up on that, and won’t come back. You are also unlikely to form great relationships with other bloggers, which let me assure you is very important if you wish to succeed in creating an online business.
Passion is your secret weapon. It’s the true key to your success. Whatever successful people are doing, they’re doing it first and foremost because they enjoy it. It’s their passion. That passion is the real driving force behind their success.
Most bloggers don’t even last a year. They came to blogging in the main for the wrong reasons, and without passion.
If you’re a blogger, to become truly successful, my belief is that you have to love your topic. If you don’t love what you are blogging about, then maybe it’s time to figure out what it is you’re passionate about. It is this subject, driven by that passion, that will create your success. You really do have to find what you love best, then work at it and you will enjoy the rewards.
Whenever you’re doing something you love, you’ll feel happy, content and at peace. Time just seems to fly by. Even better is the fact that you can make money doing what you love best.
Ask yourself:
• What makes you come alive?
• What do you like to do in your life?
• What do you know a lot about?
• What can you write a lot about?
You may worry that you don’t have what it takes to turn your passion into a business, that you lack the expertise necessary to help others. Well, you know what? You’re wrong. It does take you time to develop your skills and work out the right way of doing things, but if you’re doing what you love, you’ll have the drive to keep going.
