Larry: I believe that my personal development is the key to my success. Instead of putting my focus on improving upon what I am already good at, I plan on focusing on my weaknesses and fears. At one point in my life, I tried to completely forget about my flaws and focus on my strengths, but I do not think that is how I should live my life anymore. Quite frankly, it is not how I want to live my life anymore because I think not trying to personally develop myself was a fear in itself.
As of lately, I have honestly been evaluating my life and it has really helped me put many things into perspective. I have faith in myself and I believe I can turn my weaknesses into strengths if I have patience.

As usual great information. I really like 6 and 7 on your list.SOmetimes it is easy to blame outside stuff for holding you back but you need to keep pushing yourself willing yourself to finish!!!
