I feel that I know you better now and respect you even more.
Some of us had similar paths to yours and this is what I came to realize;
We need continuously to strive to become better persons. More self-aware, more in balance. And that is a life-long process and irrelevant to our station in life.
Like you said, in another article of yours, we chip away the surplus material of ourselves in order for the Masterpiece that we keep inside of us to be revealed.
Sometimes (most of the times really) when we are flying high in life we forget that. But life does not forget us!
Life picks us up and hits us with force to the ground so to help us break all the surplus and useless material.
Harsh and hard some would say and I would agree. But wise and beneficial nevertheless.
Is a truth of life or the Universe if you like, that break down MUST happen BEFORE breakthrough occurs.
I think that you and me are lucky that we have realized that.
