A Blog Writing Formula for Success

In this post I want to provide you with a blog writing formula for success that will turn your blog writing into a result getting production factory. Of equal importance it will make your blog posts more interesting for your readers.

You started a blog a couple of years ago and it isn’t doing anything for you. You thought blogging would be a fun way to write about something you’re passionate about as well as make some money from it. Well now you have a platform, your passions are out there but still there’s no money coming in.

Well you have a lot to learn but to me the first thing that is essential for you to know is how to write a quality blog post and I’m going to show you exactly how to do this.

You know that you can’t keep going, writing nearly every day, spending time to generate traffic, yet you seem unable to generate any income, and you know you can’t live off the nice words you receive in your comments. You have spent all this time building something, and you don’t want to let this go, but how much more time can you spend doing this thing that earns you no money.

Most people don’t really understand the best way to write a blog and today I want to offer an effective way to write a blog post that will get you attention, and produce the results you require. Well it will once you have the other pieces you need in place, but this is the first place to start. It’s time that you make your blog posts drive more than people curious to what you have to say.

You will probably have read elsewhere that content is king, and so it is. Content is truly king in the blogosphere. You have to produce quality content, time after time, on a regular basis. There is no getting away from that. Giving value to your readers through content is essential as is getting your reader to take the action you think is best for them. Remember you will rarely be writing just for the sake of writing. Your intentions should be not just to provide your reader with quality information therefore providing value, but also getting them to take a further step that will help them achieve the results they require. And this step should generally be you providing the product or service for which you will be rewarded for.

I don’t want to insult anyone, but most people are utterly clueless when it comes to generating income from their blogs. They slap things together haphazardly with no rhyme or reason and hope to generate lots of money. Now I’s time for you to learn what to do to change things around.

I’ve been blogging for a couple of years. The thing is, I always felt like a piece of the puzzle was missing, because I knew I could be earning more. I decided to work on a blogging formula which will provide me with better results. I experimented on my different sites, particularly the one supporting my ecommerce shop and the other promoting my coaching.

It took time but eventually I found the perfect step by step formula that could produce the best up take on what I was promoting.

Within 6 months my income started to increase already! It’s now time for me to provide you with this formula for writing your blog posts.

  1. Create an attention grabbing title.
  2. First paragraph showing the value they’ll get if they read on.
  3. Identify problem and promise to solve It –
  4. Aggravate the Problem – what they’re doing wrong
  5. Teach a solution – what they should be doing
  6. Provide offer of more – Your Proposition (product/services)
  7. Present the Features and Benefits of your Proposition
  8. Present Your Credentials (Proof, results, examples, testimonials, etc)
  9. Now call them to action from three perspectives – desire; logic; fear
  10. Give Warnings (Deadline, Scarcity, Guilt)

Now I’m stopping at point 5, yes i’ve written this in the style i suggest, but if you would like me to carry on with this blog post, explaining each step in far more detail, drop me a comment and let me know.

Do you think that you already blog like a pro? What is it you do?

If you are struggling to get your blog firing try this blog writing formula for success.
